    Installation
    When installing the transmitter, avoid excessive force and sharp collision to damage the electrode. After the wiring is completed, it should be carefully checked to avoid wrong connections before energizing. The transmitter cannot be installed upside down or horizontally, and should be installed at a tilt Angle of at least 15 degrees. Install at least 2cm away from the bottom and side walls of the container.

    Maintenance
    Electrode cleaning method:
  • The inductive salinity electrode is basically maintenance-free, and the contamination or mild scaling of the shell does not affect its normal operation.
  • If cleaning is required, remove the attachment with a soft brush or sandpaper, wash with distilled water, and then calibrate.
  • Because the inductive electrode often works in an environment that is easy to scale or dirty, it can be properly increased when cleaning. Slight scratches on the electrode surface do not affect the normal operation of the electrode, but avoid penetrating the shell of the electrode.

Calibration:
1、zero calibration
DDM-203S: Unscrew the four screws on the square case panel, adjust potentiometer Z at the bottom of the screen for zero calibration;
DDM-204S: Potentiometer under the Hausmann connector, inside the housing; For calibration, please first unplug the Horsman female plug, loosen the screw fixing seat, and fix the Horsman male plug to prevent the Horsman male plug from rotating and breaking the internal wiring. Carefully pick up the Horsman male plug, and then adjust the lower potentiometer Z for zero calibration.
2、Slope calibration
Place the electrode vertically in the standard solution (20% full scale - full scale), and note that the electrode is at least 2cm away from the bottom and side walls of the container for slope calibration. Adjust the potentiometer S on the front of the board for slope calibration.
