Working principle
The principle of digital temperature controller is mainly based on temperature sensing, ‌ signal processing and executive control three main links. ‌ First, ‌ digital temperature controller is equipped with temperature sensors, ‌ these sensors can sense the ambient temperature in real time, ‌ and the temperature signal into electrical signals. ‌ electrical signal is then sent to the signal processing unit of digital temperature controller, ‌, here, ‌ electrical signal will be amplified, ‌ filter and digital processing, ‌ to improve the accuracy and reliability of the signal. ‌ The treated signal is compared with the set target temperature, ‌ if the two are equal or close, ‌ then the controller will maintain the current working state; ‌ If there is a deviation between the two, ‌ the controller will issue a control signal, ‌ to adjust the working state of the actuator. ‌ actuator is the final executive part of the digital temperature controller, ‌ its function is to adjust the temperature of the controlled object according to the control signal, ‌ so as to control the temperature of the room or other environment that needs constant temperature.

The working principle of the digital temperature controller also includes four major institutions, such as conversion display mechanism, ‌ setting mechanism, ‌ comparison operation mechanism and ‌ output mechanism. ‌ After the temperature sensor converts the field temperature into electrical signal and transmits it to the thermostat, ‌ conversion display mechanism converts the electrical signal into digital display or analog indication, ‌ and is compared with the setting value of the setting mechanism inside, ‌ is output to the controller through the output mechanism, ‌ then the controller controls the heater/cooler.
