4RB series air pump is a high-pressure vortex-type air pump (also known as an air ring fan) specially designed for the aeration process in wastewater treatment. Its core function is to inject air into the bottom of the wastewater tank, thereby facilitating the decomposition of organic pollutants by microorganisms. Due to its high-pressure output, low maintenance requirements and environmental adaptability, it has become the core equipment for the aeration process in sewage treatment.

Working Principle
The 4RB air pump generates high-pressure air flow through the high-speed rotation of a pair of impellers, which is then conveyed through
pipelines to the aeration device at the bottom of the sewage tank (such as micro-porous aeration tubes). The air flow forms micro-sized
bubbles in the water, slowly rising and fully contacting the sewage to achieve the following goals:
1. Oxygenation: Increase the concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO), providing necessary conditions for aerobic microorganisms to decompose organic matter.
2. Mixing: Prevent the precipitation of suspended matter and ensure that microorganisms and contaminants are evenly in contact.
3. Biochemical reaction: Enhances microbial metabolic efficiency and accelerates wastewater purification.
